Sewing Bits and Pieces: 35 Projects Using Fabric Scraps Review

I am rating this 4 out of 5 stars because this book is beautiful to look at, the projects seem a little lacking and weren't as creative (or original) as I was hoping. It is a beautiful book (very pretty to look at and flip through the pages) and the projects are well written, it just didn't have as many projects that I was interested in. Though I did love the last project (rolled flower headband!) It is a good buy for the price and lovely for your collection of sewing books.

My new FAVORITE! - Mindy - Wisconsin, USA
I was really excited to get this book & I was very happy when I got it! There are many projects in there I plan on making. It is well written, has nice photos too.

My biggest problem now is deciding what to make first! I think it might be the pillows......or maybe the scalloped quilt....or maybe the grow tree chart....or maybe the little girls slippers......

Absolutely gorgeous book! - Julianna -
If you thought that you know all about sewing, you should buy this book! You'll find a lot of absolutely fantastic projects and ideas. I like the best lovely owl and great tree for children.

I Love Everything Sandi Does - A. Pak - Portland, OR
This is a sweet little book. I've made two projects out of it: the patchy head scarf and the library tote. It's well-written and illustrated. The directions are simple, but complete.
